IberAssets was established in 2008, it is based in Madrid, and has extensive and successful experience in high ticket debt collections, obtaining outstanding results through specific one-by-one strategies, thorough research and combining judicial and extra judicial actions.
Beatriz Martí is Iberassets founding partner. She started providing collection services for financial entities in 1992, and has extensive knowledge and experience in judicial and mercantile law, M&A, private equity y international arbitrage. She is a law graduate from Universidad Complutense, Legal Master from Instituto de Empresa, Master in International Legal Studies from University Pacific Mc George School of Law, PIL Harvard University.
José María Vega-Hazas is Iberassets founding partner. He initiated is professional career back in 1990, and he has always focused on debt collections services for financial entities. He has been legal advisor at Banco Central, Banco Gallego and Banco de Granada, responsible for the risk and collections areas, from 1995 as a external legal counsellor. He is a law graduate from CEU and Stock Exchange Master from Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles.
